how do i set a profile picture?

i cant figure it out and ive looked on the forum but cant find it...

u have to go to the user control panel on the top of the page .Then go to the profile tab ,Then click edit avatar. Now the picture has to be 180x180 pixels or smaller . once u have ur pic to the proper size and in ur computer just hit choose file find it and upload it and ur done .
