it has to be already online on another site that lets you up load them, then copy the link and paste it to yer post.

type this -

* = the url of your picture, right click on your picture and there should be a 'properties' tab that lists the url. make sure it ends with the proper '.jpg' or something like that, copy and paste the url between the code
