Thats pretty good in my SS i have only put 11 gallons in max I know theres plenty of fuel but when the guage is reading empty I stop ... the nice thing is I average $35. at the pump 😀 .. unlike my truck thats upwards of average $60. and thats not empty...
You could always put a gallon fuel jug in the trunk and drive around till you run out then dump in your 1 gallon and head to the gas station, but chances are the manual is right 18 sounds bout right

What you learned from that is, when your guage points to E you (probably) have about 4 gallons left.

I just bought my oem gas tank here in canada and its 61L which is like 20G more or less, nest the gas guage is know to be wrong i seen this myself on my car, where it says near empty and only take about 40L or so. So the gas tank takes about 61L(20G more or less)

I think when I bought my grand national tank for the tpi install, it said it was 17 gallons.
