How much can you drop a G body before the car starts to have poor handing? Are drop spindle the way to go up front? How much can you drop the car before you run into unsafe bumpsteer. The car is 90% street 10% strip 1986 2dr Olds G body F41 suspension. I want the car to have a nice stance and be fun to drive not having to corect the steering wheel because I have to much bumpsteer and no suspension travel. What have you done to your car and are you happy with the way it drives Thanks. Bernhard

I cut one coil (2") outta the coils in my iron-head 383 Camino, love it.
I had an '85 Cutlass V6 with spindles and 1/2 coil cut. It was damn low but drove like a dream; my only complaint was that the tires were always hitting the wheel wells.
