How to remove the trim piece that is on top of the door?

You know that 2 in diameter chrome trim piece that runs the length of the top of the door? Cars with wo2 blackout don't have it, but all other 2 door g bodies do. How do you remove this piece? I'm replacing mine with the correct piece for the wo2 package, but I can't figure out how to get this piece off. Anything is helpful at this point.

There should be about 8 little screws on the inside of the door where the glass slides through. Roll the window all the way down and hold back the weatherstripping to get at it. If your car is like mine was your weatherstripping is rock hard and all but 1 screw will come out forcing you to drill out the last bolt. Seems like it always works this way :lol:
