1st u put a jack or something in that nature under the lower control arm (then u take tire off if u haven't done so yet). then u pull the cotter pin from the upper ball joint an remove the nut. after that then u tap the spindle (to loosen the connection of spindle and ball joint). once this is done then all u have to do is remove the two nuts holding the upper arm to the frame... make sure u remember how many spacers are between the control arm rod and frame.(for alignment purposes).same thing for opposite sideANYONE IF I FORGOT SOMETHING PLEASE CORRECT ME!!!veltboy314 said:How to remove upper a-arm on a 85 cutlass?
