How Wide Are My Wheels?

I bought the car with these wheels on it and as far as I know, Monte's have 15x7. When I pulled up to a guy at a paint shop, he told me I had 8" wheels and I'm not really sure why he said that. My tires are also an odd size (compared to what I read on forums): 235/70r15. Can anyone tell from these pics how wide my wheels are? I'm looking to go with Cragar soft 8's, should I keep these tires or go with something else?

Rallye wheels did not come on Gbodies so it is quite possible they are 8" wide, many times on the inside of the rims there are stampings with rim width and aftermarket rims might have bolt circle info stamped also.

thanks. I'm going to sell them, so I just wanted to have the right info. I'm going with Cragar soft 8s.
