Bois Bois Bois, I f'd up lol my extractors won't fit, and this is my fault for using cheap chinesium bolts. I have the arp replacements ready to rock, and I'm most likely just going to let the exhaust man handle this, but what would y'all do?

Right angle die grinder with a cutoff wheel and anger.
Just enough to get close to the flange, then use an abrasive disk to thin the head to a point where the header falls or can be pulled off
You're the best, brother. I was thinking of trying to use my Dremel and a little cut off wheel to make it flat on two opposite sides but I am admittedly a bit smoothbrain and inexperienced so I come here

1st thing i would do is make the decision to never go with headers again after this debacle is resolved cuz you only have to tighten those bolts once with cast iron. lol but your dremel sounds good as a 2nd step.

That’s a good backup, but if you’re using the cheap Dremel cutoff wheels that use a screw to hold them in and not the quick lock ones, it’s gonna take a while. And don’t forget the eye protection with the cheap thin ones! They like to come apart

They sell box end extractors but ironically they mentioned that they work better on a good quality fastener i.e. grade 8 bolt I’ve seen this trick employed on a yt video but I’m sure it’ll be difficult to get a screwdriver in there but who says it has to be a screwdriver.IMG_6109.jpeg
