Hey guys I ordered the 3.8 poly mounts from Full Throttle Speed back on June 1st. I guess they drop ship from HR Parts N Stuff, I tried calling the place and have left a message awhile ago. And still nothing. Full throttle has been really fast on email me back. They made sound like HR is a 1 man show and said give him time. I know this is the suspension area, but i believe they make suspension parts too.Anybody know something more? Thanks Josh

Yeah they are just slow. I bought a driver's side only a bit over a year ago from RJC I think, they were in stock at the time. Only place that happened to have them on the shelf.

I sounds like TCI transmissions. I ordered a TH400 from there and two months later someone finally came clean and told me they don’t have one to build and have no idea when they would. Needless to say, I got my money back and went elsewhere.

Salesman take orders for products and goods - that's their job. Parts not in stock? Not the salesman's concern, unfortunately.

I'm one of the PITA customer's that calls the vendor and verifies that parts are in stock before I order anything that is considered custom. I have all of the phone numbers stored in my phone lol - Jake's Performance, Glasstek, CK performance, UMI, Southside Machine, Summit, Jegs, etc. The sole reason I do this is to not pay for something that isn't available when I need it. I figure if they can't answer the phone or return a call in a reasonable time frame, then I assume that is how they are going to treat my order as well.

Live and learn.

That's a good call-

If it's NOT something that has a verified in-stock flag like a fitting or wheel on Summit, call to make sure it's in stock.

The HRpartsNstuff.com website says it's under construction...

That doesn't smell good.

I seen that, i even stressed to the lady i feel like i have $270 in the air on a what if. If i call the number it will ring to the point of an answering machine.
I ordered a trans kit for my 2004r from tci, waited 3 weeks, called them, waiting a part to finish the kit, no estimated time.
I ended up ordering kit from cyclone trans, not the best Raybestos Red clutches but with my 300-350 hp buick 350, im sure it will be fine. Also installing transgo reprogram kit. The engine is getting close to finish, between work, help my dad on his small farm, working on powersports on the side and my wife and kids. My free time seems next to none sometimes.

it’s summer, and he’s a one man show, I’m sure he will deliver. I think he didn’t like the business aspect of it, as I ordered his rear trailing arm braces, but had to get them from another company, but they were sent from HR parts and stuff.
