Hey guys,

It's me again, needing your help.

I picked up the 1991 Z28 16 X 8 wheels with 245 50 R16 tires.

I followed your advise and mounted the front wheels on the rear with no

clearance issues. I tried a 5/16" spacer for the front and had control arm

clearance issues. My question would be, if I can't locate 2 more front rims,

will a 2" wheel spacer, the kind you bolt on to your hub and then bolt your

wheel on to the spacer, work just as well? I can get a set of these on ebay

for about $60, far less probably than the wheels.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Sorry man, I can't help you here. But someone else defiantly should be able to. I just wanna see some pic's when you get it done.

spacers are ok, just make sure that the center of the rim is over the bearings.
you really should get the better spacers with hub and wheelcentric lips. the load should be on the hub, not the lugs.
