I hope this isnt the start of a bad day!!

I was starting to take my hood off because I am planning on putting the engine in either today or tomorrow. I figured it would be easier to unbolt the hinge while the hood was down through the wheel well. I was getting the last bolt out and the hinge smacks down right on the side of my head. I had no idea these springs had tension when the hood was down!! It didnt turn out that bad, I only ended up with a couple of gashes on the side of my head and it didnt bleed that bad. I am just hoping that the rest of the day doesnt go like this when I am trying to put my engine in.

Hopefully if I get it in I will get some pics and post them either today or tomorrow. Wish me luck!!

Luckily this did not turn out to be a horrible day. The engine is ready to be put in, and it will go in tomorrow. I also did not suffer anymore injuries, but my head kinda hurts. 😀 8)
