Looking at the picture again I see baling wire being used to secure the radiator in place of the top plate. Weird modified 70's breather on the driver side valve cover. PCV routed to the bowl vent. Only good thing I see is that the Qjet still has its anti tampering plugs so it might be a good core for rebuilding after cleaning the paint off. Cheap aerosol paint is easy to remove.
