I miss

I miss all my cars I once had.... The most are my 1st car 79 Olds wagon, 2nd my 76 Supreme I had it for 14 yrs and 3rd my 84 Supreme. The 79 was donated and after I worked more on cars I could have fixed it with just a steering column. The 76 was so rotted and had been fixed up 3 times it needed wheel wells and full 1/4's and floor pans. Then there is my 84, 60k mile car clean as a whistle. All it needed was a little paint on the bumper cover in the front and the trunk painted. I did a 350 swap on the ECM and rebuilt everything. I started to have carb issues and had no money then (99) so I sold it for next to nothing. I kick my self in the arse everytime. So my 82 I have now I went the extra mile to restore it. The only time it will be sold along with the 73 Supreme I have now will be when my daughter sells them..... She is 8 months old and will have no idea what they are for a long time! I hope when I leave them to her she keeps em till she has kids. They get harder to find as time goes on!!!!

I really miss my '73 plymouth sattelite (a 4dr version of member "marcar"'s wagon) thing always made it home...

also miss:
83 grand prix, just didn't know I would at the time
80 mustang, biggest piece I've ever owned, but was a factory 4spd... would've mad a great ls project

That'd be me.

I miss my old 91 acclaim and my 97 towncar. The acclaim I knew I'd miss. It was my first daily but it needed to go so I could get a truck, and I was sick of putting parts into it since it wasn't making me any $ and my truck does. My lincoln was my friends, then sold to another friend who made a mess of it in 9 months (nothing MAJOR, but still), then I got it for $150 needing an intake. Had 535k on it. Still driving around the neighborhood with over 540k now.

My 68 🙁 I'll get another one one day. If it's the last thing I do, Thats a promise

Love it. My buddy just got a '66 a couple months ago. That's my favorite year

El Caminos are a sickness around my house. My dad drives a '64 daily:

He just inherited a '68 from that my grandpa bought in 1970:

And I have a '66 that my wife's grandpa bought new. It has around 500,000 miles on it.

Tangent concluded.

It's for sale and has a supercharged LT1/4L60e/posi/springs and sway bars. Fly in and drive it home. Should be a fun road trip. We built it about 12 years ago and I think he's just kind of bored with it. There's a stock LT1 and a T5 in the corner of my shop right now that will be going in soon if it doesn't sell.

Bought it as a basket case and built it from this:

My oldest daughter remembers the car. She liked to help me in the garage.

I sold the Corvette back in 1991. I found it in Florida earlier this year...it's worth about 3X what it was worth in 1990. Too bad I can't afford it now...
