ok, then the rather course of action is put a car on a some rollers and floor it all day, technically it wouldnt be ideling, and it would be a total waste of gas, but at least its not illegal

The real problem is that the car is a trailer queen. To quote the line from American Graffiti, "What a waste of machinery." Idling the car for 30 minutes every month is NOT the way to keep it in good shape.

If the guy wasn't such a baby, he'd just go drive the damn thing, instead of letting it idle for 30 minutes...

I bet that poor car is bored to tears sitting in that garage when it was built to be wailed on...

No kidding. Why doesn't he just get a tape player of "engine noise" and play it. Sell the block to someone who will get use out of it.

Ontario is quickly becoming one of the worst places to live...

if it isn't fantino.. its something else that's costing us money..... im starting to seriously consider moving to a less politically correct area.. where all the baby boomers don't run the show... we need to get with reality here...
