OLDS Intake gaskets

Soooo...
Now that I have started clogging up the Engine forum, one more post.
For a SBO, should I buy the turkey tray OEM style or get composite intake/head gaskets? Or a combo of both?
Any recommendations from the Olds small block guys? Part#'s/manufacturers?

I like the Felpro Turkey Tray. I have used the SCE intake gaskets with nitrile beads the center Turkey Tray pan in place with the sides cut out. I bought the BBO Edelbrock composite gaskets, similar to the SCE for the new 358 since it will have BBO sized ports.

I'm using the Turkey Tray (the Fel-Pro specifically) on my SBO 350, it's what Edelbrock said will work with my Performer RPM so I mean if it ain't broke don't fix it, right? And it's not going to be a stocker of a motor either so
