I want some 80's Recaros for my car. I also saw a BMW 525is in the U Pull It the other day and liked the seats it has. BMW seats are some of the best if you get them in a sport model. I was thinking of waiting until I saw a better set and putting them away until I do the 5 speed conversion.

those 80's Recaro's are in high demand by the F body crowd. Good luck finding affordable ones. I like them too!

Im not sure about the console. I did have to drill a couple extra holes in the floor. I cant remember right now if I bolted the tracks off of the original seats onto the firebird seats or not. I will have to check it all out. I havent been in the car in quite some time.

Yeah we used used the brackets from your original bench seats from your Cutlass, but I think we had to drill a hole on each side because of the width of the Firebird seats.

One of the most comfortable seats I had were out of a 90 Audi S. Padding was firm but was very comfortable. Ebay is still a good place for seats if you dont mind the shipping charges.
