IS ANYONE HERE GOOD AT PHOTOSHOP

here is what i want i have my monte and i want it 2 toned with dark blue on top and silver on the bottom with a blue tint and break up the 2 colors with a small red stripe and all the stock monte carlo ss's in the red also

kinda like this but im no good so a lil neater and the red not so thick

Not a Photoshop guy, I'm an old fashioned Paintshop Pro guy. Same shyt.

Anyhow, dunno how much of a blue tint you wanted in your silver/bottom half. So I did these 2 for a general idea:
