Is my car rare?

Eh, don't feel bad man.

The value of our cars isen't in the blue book, it's in us!

At least for me it is, i know the sentimental value of my car is far greater than the cash amount will ever be!

I agree with the sentiment of it being valuable from a sentimental point of view. My 86 GN Clone Regal is only worth something if I part it out (which will never happen) but it has lots of value to me because I worked on the car with my dad 20 years ago...

Most baby boomers didn't want the old 60s muscle cars back in the 1980s, you could buy a cherry 68 SS Camaro for $3000 in 1985. Now you can't touch one without a credit reference. I think that it's groups like us on this board that will always attach a value to g-bodies. Over time they will be remembered and more people they will attach more value. Will they ever get to the status of a 64 Impala? Who knows. But they are still desirable today and that is a good start.
