Never heard diff in spindles used s10 for years......this is first I've seen/heard of two diff part numbers

I worked for GM, and if they can reuse something off the shelf they will. I would not be surprised if the whole front end on a S10 is from the G body platform. I got a set of S10 2" drop spindles off Ebay shipped to the door for $120, waiting for it to worm up to install them.

It pretty much is the same - but the center link is shorter on the S10
