its raining with no hood

OK well its raining outside and my hood is off my car because I was trying to take off my motor mounts well the exhaust is brand new with dual flowmasters and I think water is getting in the pipes and my ?????? Is what's going to happen to everything under the hood as an effect of it all getting wet....

huh? just cover your distributor with plastic and remember to take it off when you start you car up... hell if you can cover the whole engine compartment up... but if not take a plastic grocery bag and cover the distributor up and carb if no cover on that
 
The motor is out inm in the process of doin a swap and the pipes that attach to thre manifolds are the only thing uncovered at the moment will those be fine
 
except for rust, nothing bad will happen.
