I've heard of guys using the fenders and quarter panels off of the Capri to upgrade the Foxbody Mustang.
Personally, I think the Capri is a better looking body...
Oh, and I also have an '81 Capri...but it only has the 2.3 four banger in it.
It's not an RS...too bad...or a turbo four...

You don't need to. I am for my application. Not sure where you are located but in my area there are wrecked Mark VIII's for sale all the time. Usually in the $500-$1500 range. I bought mine at an auction for $600 and put another $300 into it before I drove it through a power pole. They are only rated at 280HP but they pull hard from idle to 6800rpm. Pulleys, exhaust and a chip put you in the 340HP range without even pulling a valve cover. I'm a GM guy to the core but Ford got it right with this engine. It's their best kept secret.
