If I may ask, why did you decide to install the Delrin bushings in your front lower arms? Lubricity and/or its toughnes?

Doug,I was installing one of Mark's kits from SC&C;

When I realised that it would be easiest to remove the lca's to change balljoints,I thought it would be a good time to replace the bushings at the same time.I've read good things about them on MCSS.com,so decided to give them a try.Here is one thing I had read about them;
"Been running the Global front UCA with Del-A-lum and the stock LCA with Del-A-Lum for 12 years in my car. No wear, no squeaks, no looseness and the ride quality difference is not noticeable.
As noted in that nastyz28 post Delrin is a great bushing material, you really don't need to lube it. The Global bushings have grease fittings, have pump a squirt of Valvoline Synthetic chassis grease into them maybe 3 times in 12 years, they just don't wear.
In my rear suspension the LCA are Spohn adjustable with Del-Sphere joints, they are Delrin. The UCA are Edel adjustable with a spherical at the front, at the rear side I run a Delrin bushing made by http://www.hrpartsandstuff.com/
So of the 16 bushings in the suspension 14 are Delrin, and you wouldn't know it if you went for a ride in the car. No doubt that rubber would be a better choice for a daily driver were noise and vibration are the primary concern, but in a modded car you would be hard pressed to feel the difference.
