I bought a 72' Javelin AMX for my wife to drive last summer. I was so jealous on how it turned out, I went and got me one!!! The wifes car is flat black Mad Max style. Has a 360, intake, headers, and a TF727 trans. Almost done putting in the black carbon fiber look interior! My project is the green bomb! It's a 71' SST, 258 6cy, auto. Going to make it a Trans Am kinda car. Racing seats, full autometer guages, scat seats, harnesses, coil overs, roll bar, Minilite wheels, 360 with a mild cam, and a TCI TH350, 3000 rpm converter, and 3.54 posi rear.

Very Nice! I'm a huge fan of AMC cars, my favorite's being the Eagle's and the 71-72 Javelin AMX's. A '71 401 4-speed Go-Pack car would be my dream, but I'd take any one of them. Once again, very nice

Nice rides and I like those Basset wheels on your wife's car. It's too bad the company folded but they'd probably be just making the cookie cutters cars just like most of them that are out there today. Lots of styling in those old cars that were designed with pencil and paper.
