Is this going to be better performance than a stock Olds 350 with an intake? What heads are you using? What is your expected compression ratio going to be? What kind of machine work did you have have done to the crank and block?

Why in the first post did you say that you put the cam in last night, and then honed the cylinders the next morning? Did you hone your cylinders with the cam in the engine?
 
why 455 heads? assuming you compensated the drop in compression from 455 heads when you picked your pistons. just stick with #6 or 7 small block heads... 8)
 
Quite and interesting build, the bbo heads have a 77cc chamber and the 350 olds heads have a 64cc chamber (depending on year etc.). Even with the flat tops in the 350 block you might have 9:1 compression. You also cannot realistically mill a bbo head to meet the cc of the small block head (I've tried), you will hit the water jackets at around .090 - .100. ( I think those were the numbers) and even if you did why would you want to. Sounds like a great build with the wrong direction.
