i wasnt sure if the whole shift kit thing was worth anyway. i have a b&m kit in my cutlass, and it doesnt perform like i thought it would, but i thought it was cause my car ran like crap.gears are a definate though. the duals that are on it have cheapo advance like replacement mufflers, and it is routed through the stock single hump crossmember, so ireally like to run a pypes dual setup with the x pipe with an aftermarket double hump crossmember, and run the ra manifolds. ive really been pure chevy since i got myfirst car, the camino,so im tryin somthin kinda new with this poncho power thing, so i do apologize if i post now or in the furture anything that doesnt make sense or anything. as far as the 400 hp cars go, how bout the ls2 gto an vette, and also the vehicles in the 60s that were normally 400hp or more factory rated have been found to be underated in that time period. people have slapped stock ls6 454s and 426 hemis and several other engines from thatera on modern dynos and found significantly more horse than was advertised.not say a 326 is in the same categories as those other engines mentioned but its still the same concept i think. and ialso realize that the 285 rating is proble at the flywheel but still its defnetly got more pep than any 305 powerd g body ive ever ridden in or drove
