The only problem with the Ebay module fob setup is that it does not come with the connector or the wiring harness. I'm not a complete noob when working on cars but I think to do the install without this part would be extremely time consuming and somewhat difficult.

I FINALLY finished up my RKE!! After some headaches with the aftermarket wires it works great.

I put one of these in my El Camino it hooks up to the factory door lock relay and has GM style remotes.

Does that kit come with instructions are do u use the instructions on montecarloss.com

It came with instructions. I was installing power locks in the Camino at the time it was not much more work to add the RKE I bought off E-bay.
It works just like the factory set up.

I wish I would of had some kinda instructions with mine. It's amazing what you can with a couple batteries an a light.
