I was thinking the same thing.Something you might do is remove the flywheel cover and check the torque converter bolts for tight. Likely a cracked or broken flywheel, but you might get lucky and find the bolts loose in the torque converter. I have seen it happen before.
I fixed it, it was like someone just put the flywheel bolts in hand tight because, I could spin em but it's fixed and she's runnin fine.Is this only from a stop or when moving too? Also is it worse in one direction than another? I had a bad motor mount causing it to twist and make that noise when starting from a stop. Was the worst in reverse. Never happened when moving though.
