Landau Top Trim Removal

How do I remove the wide strip of stainless trim that separates the front of the Landau top from the rest of the roof? The vinyl is already gone but wanna make the roof like a GN style roof.

Definitely not gonna reuse it, just don't wanna damage the roof itself

Oh you shouldn't. Its just flimsy plastic clips holding it on....sometimes a couple screws

ok and the screws are usually between the door and quarter windows?

Yeah if it has any they'll be on b pillar somewhere

I feel like a dork for asking all these questions... ive never owned a G body car before lol. The screw holes can be filled?

Yup. And you'll need to grind down a bunch o rivets
