Pretty sure that how much/if any potential increase might happen will depend on what actual heads are currently being used. Basic 305 heads came in varying chamber sizes so that plays into things. The combo used that saw those gains might be different than the 305 is this specific 81 Monte. Seems to me one would need to ID what heads they swapped from in that scenario & ID what heads are in place for this 81 Monte vs. assuming any power increase is a definite outcome.
