My parents have a computer sitting around from the pre- Y2K days and I want to mess with it. Someone tried to put XP on it which made it useless, so I am looking for a very basic Linux based GUI that can run the Firefox browser and does not require a degree in computer science (or at least a weekend course in Linux) to download it and use it. I will be using a Live CD downloaded off my laptop which I will boot from.
