In my opinion, I would get it if it's solid and the interior is ok. Face it g bodied cutlasses are getting harder to find that are nice and a daily driver. You can rebuild the engine, trans and rear if you had too but the things that really get into the money is going to be the body work and interior. If it's solid and not a rust bucket, runs fairly well, decent tires and a decent interior it's well worth the money. Like Mr 442 said, even if you buy it and decide to part it out and scrap it chances are your going to make your money back.

Yea, im trying to work out all the particulars. Im in mid PA right now and hes in Connecticut, so hopefully it only has to be one drive to meet up.

I paid $600 for my monte carlo ss 4 years ago.It ran,the interiors mint(excluding headliner),It was solid,put the drivers quarter was a little bashed in due to a car sliding into it during a bad snow fall back in chicago and 4 years later its looking damn good.Sometimes you get lucky and just happen to be in the right place at the right time.When you take a look at it snap a few pics.
