I seen these spoke rims on E-Bay don't know how good they are...

I am not sure what to go for but definitely want to spend under a grand for rims and tires.
Anyone have any other ideas????? I am going for the low rider look if that helps. Car will be Hugger Orange with a flake clear coat. I will probably do the top black, hood roof and trunk.
