yeah, thinking of calling them tomorrow. I'm thinking their 4701HD GM TH-350 Night Stalker RV torque converter might be right for this job.Summit sells them they are probably better known as Boss Hog torque convertors.
Yeah, I have the Night Stalker for a 200R4 on my Summit wish list, for a mild street car it seems like a decent convertor for the priceyeah, thinking of calling them tomorrow. I'm thinking their 4701HD GM TH-350 Night Stalker RV torque converter might be right for this job.
Out of curiosity what was the cam's power range on the engine?I've run the B&M torkmaster (20404) on my Cutlass (400ish hp, 450 ft lbs) and it served well. Had a TCI 3500 stall on it later on, and I liked it too. Everyone told me it wouldn't be streetable.... It was very streetable.
At $100, this still might be cost effective with shipping.I have a B&M-20404 if you are in NC.
It’s 2400 stall, only used for 200 or so miles.
$100
