Hello this is my first Post on here im currently 18 years old and im looking to purchase my first car. I need some advice on the car im looking at the Car is a 1985 buick regal. This car would not be my daily driver but a summer project and mabey next year a daily driver! im looking forward to getting this beacuse sence i was young i wanted a Monte or a cutlass and just recently i had found out about the buick Grand Nationals and Gnx's and i really think they look mean i want to make a clone and mabey one day own my own GN.

This is the Car im looking to buy it has 70500 KM's and i kinda think they turned the Odometer over is there a easy way to tell when i go to view it in person and hes selling for $1000 is this car a good buy? 305 V8 solid Frame and Floors no Rust from the pics

That should be a good price if it runs and drives well. If you're decent at bodywork, it shouldn't be a huge deal. Buy a slugger/ body panel puller at harbor freight. Pull it out the best you can and fill the imperfections with body filler and sand it to perfection. Make sure the frame or nothin is bent. Check the rear frame rails thoroughly.
