CUTLASS Lost all power, fuse box help?

Well, I can't get to the factory ground splice unless I take my dash apart, which I am almost about to do if I can't get my dash lights back on.
Heres my symptoms.
I have 12V coming in no issue. There is no interior lights in this car, so I can't tell if those were working.
However, I have a voltage drop of around 2 volts whenever +12v is applied to what I believe is the main pink wire that I believe. I also connected the brown one.
This should in theory, be connecting accesories on as if the key moved forward.
As I have cut the wiring off the steering column for the ignition, I guess someone used duct tape for the factory splice 🧐😂😂😂
As honestly I don't really care if I have it hot wired- still no dash lights though which makes no sense to me. Actually when I bought the car, I wanted to have a switch toggle on all on 12 volt accesory if possible.

I can have the high beam indicator on my dash to work but no headlights still, and the lighter to have a smoke from all the crazy electric problems but that's about it like wow

Ran also, the ground from where the radio was and the diagnostic port, to the battery in case the wires from G104 were damaged- since it is a common ground.
So I have no idea what to do, other than take apart the entire dash to get to that ONE harness ffs 😒😭😭😭

So. The problem has been fixed.
And I bet that most of you mother****ers would never guess what it was.
It was the battery itself. It read a normal voltage, and would operate the rear lights without no issues there.
But when, you tried to use the dash or anything other than the tail ones it would show an INSTANT voltage drop, as if there was a short circuit.

I am glad however, I did check my wiring anyway, because after having both fusible link wires, fall apart from the connector, I knew more wires that sat closer underneath this car would be damaged.
As when I wiggled my headlight wires, it would dim and go very bright.
So I replaced the wires. Plus, like the other Oldsmobile, I used my own fusible link, and wired the vehicle to the battery.
Did some upgrades too, because I also re wired the fusebox, deleted my dimmer switch and made the headlights no longer run with +12V without no accessory power.
I also have upgraded my wiring to the ignition and the grounds on the headlight too 👀👌👌👌

After spending the week fixing the wiring, the vehicle starts better, and all lights as required
It was, if I had decided to not go the extra mile, since I was already in the vehicle anyway.Sooo then the issue was not just the battery....
Now, could I have left the old wiring in? Of course! My main concern was getting the lights to work, so I could pass a safety.
But then, someone would point out half assing effort, so uh...
