Two speed sensors on the 80E also. PCM uses it to sense slip. Yes, wiring it's just switching up Pin S and U, and adding in the extra VSS wires.
so nothing changes in the computer? just repin it ?

If there was no changes in the computer, it wouldn't need a segment swap.. 😉

80E runs completely different than the 60E, other part of my post you quoted.

that's what i figured lol this is why I'm looking for a bin file for a second i thought i researched it incorrectly

I have a couple files saved of when I ran a 5.3l infront of an 80E as I was building up a stroker engine on the side, used the 5.3l just to drive the car.

Here's the wiring.

for now i stuck in a th400 only error codes i have is transmission so far the 4l60e is not a option for me I'm not wasting my time on that

i just need the bin file for now. i know the wiring part already

If running the 400, set it to manual and turn off every automatic transmission code under the DTC section
i already turned it off in the stock computer but i still get error codes dealing with transmission so i am assuming they aren't working either without a seg swap

You turn it to manual if that 400 is still in the car?
nycutlass- Are you just looking for a bin file for a 5.3L LM7 with a 4l80 swap already done to it? I have the initial one I used for my build. It's a base 2022 5.3L Silverado (original 4l60) with the 4l80 segment swap, 12212156 OS. If you want I can post it for you?
