Doesn't mention needing rubber underwear to ride the thing but given how responsive it is to even minor throttle input, I suggest that without a seat belt you could find yourself literally being ripped off the seat under anywhere near serious Waaaaaah style acceleration. Not suggesting a harness of some kind seriously here, There is a kill switch lanyard hanging off his wrist for get off issues as a way to kill the mill and keep it from trying to escape. The builder might want to give some thought to modifying the seat by raising the back a little to give the operator somewhere to wedge their butt into as a "stop me" from going off the back due to some excessive silliness.
