Ok I know the LT1 heads are different than SBC ... but the SBC headers will fit??We used long tube headers designed for the standard small block chevy / gbody application. They bolt right up to the LT1 heads.
We have Summit Racing brand long tube headers that were on the old school 350 that was previously in the car. They bolted right up to the LT1 heads and with Percys dead soft aluminum gaskets, we have zero leaks.Ok I know the LT1 heads are different than SBC ... but the SBC headers will fit??
Also out of curiousity, did you keep the FI on your LT1 swap?
Nice Build! I didnt go thru all 28 pages yet, but what did you do for your cooling setup? Did you reuse the Camaro radiator?We kept the stock 94 LT1 fuel injection and all related control systems. Here's a ling to the thread. It's a lengthy saga but basically done now and a pretty cool setup
