JD was it you that's running the B Body water pump? I thought about running either B or Y body pump cause there is no oil cooler line. To minimize having to cap things off. Wasnt sure if that would create an issue with accessories lining up.
I have a spare b body water pump on the shelf but the fittings on it were not a perfect match (direction wise) for the molded heater hoses from the Z28. So i kept the Z water pump and removed the hose nipple for the oil cooler, threaded the hole 1/2” npt and screwed a plug in.

Love the swaps guys. Those that are running heater cores - are you using the restrictor valve on the supply (to heater core) line? Did anyone drill a small hole in their t stat?

I have been reading in various places the lt1 pump can do some funny things (airlock) when t stat closed.

No problems with the cooling system or heater system.
No mods in the factory temp tstat.
I don't recall if I'm using the factory restrictor. Both cars are covered in snow. I'll check my pics.
