I have been in there dropping off material for the first couple phases, it's a pretty cool set up for those with money to burn.
They are currently building the phase that is facing Woodward, where they used to put the bleachers for the drag races.

I cruise by there every weekend its nice out. Awesome facility, If you need to ask how much you don't belong there. Insane amount of rubber left on Woodward after drag nights.
Someone told me Tim Allen and Bob Seeger have a condo there. Might just be BS.
the best donut shop is across the street, Avon Donuts, they usually sell out by 10 am.
I spoke with one of the owners at a swap once, he said their building a restaurant, I asked if he’d like a TA hood w/ a chicken on, he said he’d like one to hang. I’ll try to work that out.
if your ever upstairs at Duggas down by 13 mike, look up, we donated a rear spoiler and it’s hanging up upstairs.

I got one left, pay the ship, you can have. It’s cardboard, like you were there, last year the 💩Gov tried to cancel the Dreamcruise, the Rep’s sponsored it from 12-4. It was better than usual, all the non car and the scared people didn’t come.
