Does anyone know for sure the part number and where to get the correct pitman arm for the manual steering box in a change over? I know that it has to be the 11/8" sector hole and it fits all kinds of cars and truck`s but just can`t seem to come up with one.

That is because it is not a "wear" part that would normally need replacing. Thus, GM discontinued it long ago. So unless you can score one in a junk yard, the re-pop Steve posted is all there is. FWIW, there are lots of the 605 snap ring top boxes in junkyards and that is the same as the manual box arm. I got mine off a Regal for $5.
