i have seen medium blue sprayed on a console. if ya use real light coats, and get at least 3 good coats, it looked awesome........and was a real close match to the factory color, with a nice semi gloss finish like the factory. for the price and ease of it seems a decent alternative to dying

call gbody parts.........they have real good customer service and lots of gbody knowledge

peace

note that the floor mats are NOS burgandy......they are definately lighter than the oxblood carpet

Those are not factory GM floor mats, look to be aftermarket of some sorts.
I have several pairs of used and NOS (New Original or Old Stock) GM Dark Claret floor mats and the drivers has a flat rubber border on the top and on the notch on the right and sometimes one on the left too, no heel pad, and the passengers has a small 1" rubber GM logo on it and has no notches on it or flat rubber border. I can get some photos of the two designs and the NOS ones if necessary.

they are GM NOS stock, they came in a GM package with GM part number. I will agree they are not like the originals.......but they are what I could find on ebay from a seller called originality_plus, who only sells NOS product

by the way..........can you post a pic of the NOS dark claret........and where did you get them? bought the ones I got just because they were all I could find. they both have one small GM logo on them........they both look like passenger side to me

If that's so then what is pictured in your link is nothing like you describe, those look like someone made them in their garage, take another look. The edges are uneven, I don't see a GM logo and there is a heel pad on one, looks like someone cut the carpet out of a car and put a border on them.
What you supposedly purchased (and are not pictured in your link) were ones for Hurst, they are Maple, they've been listed for years for a reason... overpriced and can be found elsewhere if you look. PerryPam has those same GM floor mats for $50-$75 a pair in many colors, lots of NOS parts are out there you just need to be willing to spend the time looking for them, making LOTS and LOTS of phone calls and have DEEP pockets.
P.S. Don't buy from Originality Plus, that guy misconstrudes things too much, lies and is super over prices. Some of the stuff he has can be found from GM or other places if you look hard enough such as those floor mats. The cruise/turn signal levers he sells for $200 are incorrect, they have a little shelf on them and are still available from GM...

ACCmats has nice factory duplicates for $75 that are designed just like the originals but don't have the little logo or the flat rubber piece. I'd sell the ones you have to recover your funds and buy the correct ones for your car from ACC.
This is what they are supposed to look like minus the giant Buick logo, they are missing the flat rubber border on the drivers and the GM logo on the passengers but are the correct style mats and they have the correct color for you:

my bad...............this picture was pre new floormats. sorry bout the confusion. the link you you added is exactly like the factory..........and i agree about originality plus. highly overpriced
