You have to go to the mega-McD's in SW Orlando, Florida (right off I-4 on Sand Lake Rd and International Dr.). That's the only place known to maybe still have McPizza. IIRC, it was around $5-ish for one. And last time I was there when we went to the theme parks several years ago, you could even get McSpaghetti as well, or even shrimp, although I've never had any of those. Crazy sh*t on their menu. Being Orlando near the parks the prices were all jacked and it was always packed, but they had all sorts of crap. They had this so-called "bistro" menu to choose from. Wraps, grilled-bread sandwiches, and regular fare McD's menu items as well. But no McRibs. For desserts they offered full-sized slices of cakes and pies and their Ice Cream machine obviously was the only one in the northern hemisphere that still worked.

Honestly, I didn't think they were terrible pizzas if you wanted one. Like everything anyone makes that people liked when they were younger...gone too soon.
