Last saturday evening, while being in heavy traffic jam on highway, my HEI Coil died right away, without ANY warning!!! In fact, it litterally MELTED, witch i've NEVER SEEN so far, and i've seen lots of dead coils before LOL..... And i even suspect the electronic 4-pin module to be blown up too...Anyone would have an idea on what happened in there, considering that the entire distributor is 34 years old and has been running on idle for about 2 hours in heavy traffic jam....BIG THANKS!!!
