Merging Gen. Disc and its Subforums

OK, so I am considering re-merging the General Discussion forum to include its subforums, Off-Topic, Photos, and G-Body Tales. This way there'd be only one General/Off Topic board, and I'd be willing to re-open it to any topics EXCEPT politics and religion (for obvious reasons), of course the usual rules about not being a dick would apply.... I think there might be too many options/places where to post things, and it might be a little confusing?

Comments? Another option is to re-organize the forums again so off-topic is back to a higher tier, and the photos and tales forum get merged into GD....

Perhaps the second option would be the one I'd choose.
I looked up the rules, Godwins Law and Quirks Exception were new to me, glad I looked them up! 🙂.
Anyway, this is one of very few forums that allow politics and religion to be discussed, and by and large it works reasonably well, if anyone with strong political or religious views could be considered reasonable that is.

I would prefer politics and religion to be given its own subsection, like a graffiti wall perhaps, but entirely separate from anything related to G Bodies In particular or cars in general.
However I hope I can be as dignified as Alex Salmund (look it up, it's current British politics) if my view is not a majority one.
