I can relate.These days just getting out of bed is mind warping enough for me.
Mind warping??? More like Mind Bent, LOL!! Only song Campbell ever did that I had any feeling for was Wichita Lineman. Even avoided his variety hour show on the beeb tube.

Dick Dale??? FINALLY!!! Probably have about 90% of his songs and albums bookmarked on one search engine or another. Pretty sure he did a two part with one of the Vaughan Brothers at one point.

Nine Inch Nails? Didn't the Muppet Show Tonite have an episode with a cover group of them appearing called the "Nine Inch Snails"?
Further to Dick Dale, if you look closely he played guitar southpaw or left handed; a trail he shared with Jimi Hendrix. Thing is, his guitar is a left handed version or a very well modified right. Other thing is, that even though that guitar has a tremolo arm, he doesn't use it. in one interview he shows what he did/had done to his ax and that was to set the whammy bar where he wanted the fuzz to be and then lock it there using a permanent wedge or insert. He literally cannot come off the fuzz, it is there for good (or evil, LOL)
