Missing Bushings or Grommets on Linkage

1985 Oldsmobile 442 Console shift Ignition will not go back to lock until you turn the lower collar on the steering column I was told that there are bushings missing can anybody tell me where I can get them or

May just need adjustment. Loosen that 1/2” (I think) lock bolt for the backdrive rod when in park and pushing it up a bit to put the column into the lock position to be able to take the key out.
