I bought a spoiler locally that has no studs whatsoever in it.it was glued to the trunklid of the doner car.i cleaned all of the glue from it and there is definitely not even a hole in any location for a screw or stud.ever hear of this?how should I mount it on my 84 monte?

I have a "laydown" monte spoiler on my cutlass that I bought new. It didn't have studs, but it had threaded holes and came with bolts. I switched over to studs, but haven't seen one with NO mounting provision.

You'd be surprised how much 3M 2 sided trim tape will hold, would be something to look at if there is no way to install studs or you don't want to drill the lid.
here it is.as you can see there are no studs or even provisions for them.the xs are where I think I could drill into it and transfer them to the trunk lid.
