Finally got around to taking pics of the new setup/look.

This is with the upper and lower control arms, 3"/2" OPG drop springs, 285/40 and 245/45 Nitto 555 tires, LS1 brakes and new lower chin spoiler. Up next further tweaks on the UCA's to tweak the alignment and a fast ratio steering box, but here's how she sits so far:

it really is just amazing

Beautiful car. Love the tires, wheels, suspension & paint. Ever made a test & tune pass to see where she is at? You should be able to get by with a 7.5 with that setup. What gears does it have?

That car looks really good Tony. I've always felt that the 3rd Gen Montes were a great looking car, as long as the stance was right, and they had the right wheel/tire combo to fill up the wheelwells, and judging from your photos, it looks like you've nailed it right on the money.

that is one nice looking monte. . good work man

its nice to see a thrid gen monte with actual bumper strips!

No, never ran down the strip with it, that's not really what I built it for, it's just more a cruising car that I can beat on once in a while and drive it 300 miles if I want to.

I have an Aburn Pro posi unit in there, so with the street tires on there it'll hold up. It has for a good few years now.
