motor boggs when i hit the gas hard

You said you have a fresh build on your transmission. Is that when the problem started? After the install?

Car came eith a v6 tore that out (computer too) and threw in 350 sbc woth the rebuilt 350 transmission (ran good wothout any computer) till i blew that motor so i bought the motor it has now complete minus the carb so thats why i bought a new holley carb. Heard and seen motor run when i bought it but owner kept his carb. I bought same one he had on it but cant get ahold of him to see if he changed any parts on it or not.

Change to a stiffer spring for the vacuum secondaries and go from there.
